General Shipping
We prefer to ship via U.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Please note that UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box, so please be sure to provide a physical address.
All shipping quotes via our shopping cart are estimated. If the cost is more than the price estimated, you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone prior to shipping.
All shipping quotes are for shipping to the Continental U.S. ONLY. We will ship outside the Continental U.S., but please understand that additional charges including taxes and/or duties may apply.
Damaged Goods
We go to great length to package our candles so that they arrive safely. If your order does arrive damaged, please be sure to save all original packaging materials and contact us immediately at 850-585-2452. We reserve the right decide to either issue a refund, store credit or to send a replacement item.
